Project Name: Mushroom Kingdom
Location: Damascus - Qasioun Mountain
The project's architectural vision draws inspiration from the natural formations of mushrooms; their organic characteristics and fluid shapes are transformed into a design composition that blends seamlessly with the mountain's terrain.
The architectural mass is defined by undulating roofs that mimic mushroom caps with their soft, curved forms, resting on structural elements inspired by mushroom stalks. This creates a unique visual identity that balances lightness with strength.
The complex is designed as an integrated destination featuring panoramic interiors and open terraces, allowing visitors to enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding landscape in a serene, distinctive atmosphere. Where architecture and environment intertwine through the use of organic lines and open spaces, effectively making the complex an integral part of the mountain itself.
