Project Name: The Green Valley

Location: Rural Damascus – Rankous

The Green Valley project is an integrated environmental and productive center that aims to redefine the concept of aromatic and medicinal agriculture through an experience that combines production, knowledge, and eco-tourism. The project utilizes the mountainous nature of Rankous to produce natural oils and high-quality products with significant economic and environmental value.

The project is distinguished by its strategic location along a main road, the integration of natural factors such as sun exposure and wind directions, and its reliance on smart agriculture systems and rainwater and snow harvesting to achieve sustainability.

The project includes a series of interconnected spaces, including: a visitor center and retail store, sensory garden, herbal café, agricultural fields, apiary, nursery, propagation and hardening areas, manufacturing workshops, distillation halls, laboratories, and storage facilities. This integration aims to establish a connection between agriculture, manufacturing, and education.

The project forms a sustainable model that transforms natural resources into natural products and integrated environmental and tourism experiences, enhancing awareness about the importance of local agriculture.
