Project Name: Al Burj Farm

Location: Rural Damascus – Rankous

The vision of the project was to redefine the concept of productive farms, positioning it as a modern model of an integrated farm that aims to create an experience combining functional efficiency and sustainability.

The site is characterized by its location within a semi-rural agricultural context, with a direct view of the main road, in addition to its strategic orientation in relation to sunlight and wind directions, creating an ideal environment to support the farm’s activities.

The project adopts a functional layout based on smart management, where modern technologies are integrated across agricultural, livestock, and water engineering fields to achieve synergy between plant and animal production cycles and water resource management. Resource recycling systems are also implemented through rainwater harvesting and fermentation stations, enhancing both environmental and productive sustainability.

The availability of retail spaces and educational tours provides the project with significant educational and cultural potential, transforming the farm into an integrated model that presents a new vision for smart agriculture, combining production, knowledge, and purposeful agricultural investment aimed at preserving the value of the land and its resources.
